Meeting called to order at 6:24 p.m. Quorum established

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Art Morgan, 1st Vice President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary, Brian Morehous, home owner
Secretary’s report:
Minutes were read from August 26, 2019. Motion was made to accept as read by Karen Turner and seconded by Art Morgan. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s report:
Beginning balance: $52,310.28 as of 8/26/19; deposits $0, debits $3,129.04
Checking balance: $11,205.79; Savings balance $2,529.23
Edward Jones: $35,446.32
Report balance: 9/23/19: $49,181.34
Motion made to accept report by Art Morgan and seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed 5-0
OLD BUSINESS:
Attorney not returning calls or e-mails. Philip will look for a new attorney.
Word Press monthly service was cancelled. Blue Host will be cancelled once the new site is completed.
Discussed new website and changes needed and items to be added.
ACC: A beagle and her puppies roaming around S Palo Alto. Trying to locate the owner.
New Business:
House on Palo Verde was trying to foreclose on 1 out of 3 acres. The lawsuit was dropped.
Insurance renewal is due. After discussion, it will be renewed.
New gun law revision will be tabled until next meeting.
Next meeting: October 21st at 6:15.
Art made a motion to adjourn meeting 7:21 p.m. Charlie seconded. Motion passed.
