Equestrian Trail / Bridle Paths
Section 2.05 Bridle Paths. An easement on, over and across Reserves A on the recorded plat of the subdivision, and any amendment thereto, is hereby reserved for use and enjoyment of all Owners, their families, guests and invitees. No Owner or other person whomsoever shall be permitted to fence or obstruct any portion of any Bridle Path, and no building or other structure whatsoever shall be constructed or maintained on any part of any Bridle Path. The Bridle Paths shall be maintained in as natural state as possible consistent with use as a bridle path, and no cutting of ·any tree, clearing of any underbrush, or landscaping shall be done thereon except as may from time to time to be designated by the Architectural Control Committee. No motorized vehicle of any type, including without limitation, any motorcycle, go-cart, tractor or automobile, All Terrain Vehicle or other motorized vehicle, shall be permitted on any Bridle Path, except only equipment necessary for the construction, maintenance and repair of the Bridle Path. Mountain bicycles will be permitted on the Bridle Paths.
