Meeting called to order 6:08pm

Board members present: Karen Turner- President, Stacy Collins – Secretary, David Caton-  Property owners present: Lance Clifton

Secretary Report:  Reviewed July & August minutes- motion made by Karen. Vote 3-0 to approve.

Treasurer Report:   5 accounts are outstanding for 2026.

ACC report:  No ACC Report  Fence for 250 South Palo Alto is approved

Old Business:  Dogs are still loose  • 123 Chaparral Dr  • 118 Chaparral Dr

New Business:  We have lost access to all the POA’s emails.  We will investigate with hosting provider and  see what we can do to fix it.
