I. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Quorum established.

Present: Jim Mylius, VP1, Theresa Morehous, secretary, Alanee Guerrero, treasurer

II. Secretary’s report- Minutes from Oct 7 were reviewed. Jim made a motion to accept and Laney 2nd. Motion passed 3-0.

III. Treasurer’s Report:

October beginning balance $36,386.18, Deposits $816.47, Debits $688.25

Ending balance $36,514.40

IV. A.C.C.’s report

A. 11053 FM 775- garage slab approved

V. Old Business:

A. Chapa case-mediation will be scheduled.

B. Bridle trail sign(s)- 7 signs purchased and need to be installed.

C. Fire Station check was mailed out.

D. 160 Scenic Oak- chickens and over 5 animals. Certified letter mailed.

E. 120 Encino requesting approval for the following was approved.

      a. Replace some front chain link fence with 6x8 cedar panels 100 feet. And a new gate.

     b. Put a storage unit 12x12 parallel to home on slab cement 20x20.

     c. Add a half moon driveway 10x50 feet connected to the sidewalk in front of the house.

F. 4-H proof- letter mailed with fine of $100, Stacy Bowers

VI. New business:

A. Unpaid dues-2 unpaid.

B. ACC Chair resignation, David Rios resigned.

Theresa made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 p.m., Jim 2nd , motion passed 3-0.
