Meeting called to order 6:05pm

Board members present: Karen Turner- President, Aron Sandquist- VP1, Lisa Knight- VP2, David Caton- Treasurer

Property owners present: Lance Clifton

Secretary Report:

Reviewed April minutes- motion made by Karen. Vote 4-0 to approved 4-0

Treasurer Report:

2 accounts resolved

5/5/26 scheduled to get access to RBFCU accounts

Lawncare bill has been paid

FELPS- outstanding bill will be paid by check by the end of the week

Discussed use of free version of Quicken to assist with balance sheet

Sent letters to 40 accounts for past dues

ACC report (by President who had received an update from Chair):

127 Oak Hollow- Request for tree removal on bridal path trail. Karen had pictures for those in attendance to look at.

Lance volunteered to look into getting skidsteer to clear trail in general

Discussed need for another volunteer day to clean trail

Karen will ask Chris to see if any powerlines are near the concerned site.

Discussed and agreed that this is not a POA area where funds need to be spent and the homeowner would be responsible for anything at/on their side.

Will review and discuss at next meeting.

New Business:

RBFCU- David to get access

Motion made by Lisa to add Stacy Collins to RBFCU account instead of Aron Sandquist since she is now secretary. Passed 4-0

Letterhead creation- will be discussed at next meeting

Taxes- IRS form for HOA is online

Secretary of State- Was brought to attention of Karen that HOA needs to

file board members with the state. Researched and identified that it is only every 4 years by request of Sec of State

WIX account- Motion made to officially request website ownership to clear current users. Passed 4-0

Motion made to adjourn at 6:45pm by Karen, second by Aron. Meeting adjourned.
