I. Meeting called to order at 6 pm. Quorum established.

Present: Tony Archer, President, Jim Mylius, VP1, Theresa Morehous, Secretary.

Lisa Knight, Treasurer- Absent.

II. Secretary’s report- Jim made a motion to accept the April minutes as presented. Theresa seconded. Motion passed 3-0.

III. Treasurer’s Report:

Beginning balance: (4/30/25) $12,791.64
Deposits: $839.08  Debits: $381.37 Ending Balance: (4/31/25) $13,249.35
E. Jones: $40,041.00 Total Balance: $53,291.15

Jim made a motion to accept the financial report. Theresa seconded. Motion passed 3-0.

IV. A.C.C. Report

     A. 134 Montesito junk cars-resolved

     B. Chaparral- motor home stuck- pending

     C. 126 Encino status- pending.

     D. Fence on Chaparral-Tony will send a letter to property owner.

V. Old Business:

     A.  Chapa case-going to trial

     B. Jim will get quotes for entry sign. He will look at the current one to see if he can do anything with     it.

     C. Theresa made a motion to accept the quote $300/month (current rate) with Vida Landscaping Co. Jim seconded. Motion passed 3-0

     D. Theresa made a motion to donate $100 to WCSD#2 for use of the building for the AGM. Jim seconded. Motion passed 3-0

VI. New business:

     A. Lisa needs to get on the FELPS account.

     B. Jim made a motion to have Tony research the CD rates at RBFCU for the maturing CD’s in June.

     C. Jarrett resigned as Chair of the ACC effective May 2, 2025.

Jim made a motion to adjourn, Theresa seconded. Motion passed 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:17 pm.
