Secretary’s report: Minutes were read from Jan 13, 2020. Motion was made to accept as read by Karen

Turner and seconded by Art Morgan. Motion passed. 5-0

Minutes were read from called meeting Feb 1, 2020. Motion was made to accept as read by Karen

Turner and seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed. 5-0

Minutes were read from AGM Feb 1, 2020. Motion was made to accept as read by Charlie Johns and

seconded by Philip Vipond. Motion passed 5-0.

Minutes read from AGM Feb 15, 2020. Motion made to accept as read by Philip Vipond and seconded by

Art Morgan. Motion passed 5-0.

Treasurer’s report: as of Feb 29, 2020

Checking balance: $14,874.78; Savings balance$2,529.60

Edward Jones: $35,954.66 ending balance: $53,359.04

Motion made to accept report by Theresa Morehous and seconded by Art Morgan. Motion

passed 5-0

There are currently 20 unpaid dues, 5 of which were returned due to not paying full balance on

account. Two property owners are 2 years overdue.

ACC: The board was notified of a house being built on 114 Palo Verde that is not incompliant with the

CCR’s. It is being built 12ft from the property line and owner has not submitted anything to the ACC.

Philip Vipond made a motion to fine the property owner $1,000 and to remove the slab and structure

within 60 days. If not completed in that time, more fines will be assessed. Any further development

needs to get approval from the ACC. Art Morgan seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

Old Business:

Discussion of attorney Nohl Bryant Law firm. Karen Turner made a motion to use attorney Nohl Bryant

when needed for the association. Charlie Johns seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

Next meeting: April 6th at 6:15 at 231 S Palo Alto, Theresa’s house.

Theresa made a motion to adjourn meeting 7:26 p.m. Art seconded. Motion passed.
