Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. Quorum established 231 S. Palo Alto Dr., Floresville, Texas 78114

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary.

Secretary’s report: Minutes were read from April 23, 2018. Motion was made to accept as read by Philip Vipond and seconded by Karen Turner. Motion passed 4-0

Treasurer’s report:

Checking account- expenses $318.60; deposits $0; ending balance May 16, 2018 $25,774.39.
Saving’s account- as of May 31, 2018 $12,527.01.
Checking activity since last statement: expenses $318.60: deposits $271.84; current balance $25,727.63. Motion made to accept report by Theresa Morehous and seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed.

OLD BUSINESS:

Philip contacted Edward Jones about band account, waiting on a call back.
Bridle path sign on Oak Hollow has been attached to a tree until owner and board can meet.

ACC: RV unresolved at 182 Montesito, Charlie will visit owners.
Report of chickens on Chaparral, owners will be contacted.
Chapa is still parking his rig on 775 after being notified by mail and with a visit with the sheriff. He was parked there on June 1, 2, & 3. A motion was made by Philip Vipond to fine Mr. Chapa $300 for this parking violation. Seconded by Karen Turner, motion passed 4-0.

New Business:

Having some issues with the website. Theresa will contact a webmaster to get an estimate for services.
