EECPOA Board Meeting  

July 7, 2026 

Meeting called to order 6:09pm   

Board members present: Karen Turner- President, Aron Sandquist- VP1, Lisa Knight- VP2,  Stacy Collins – Secretary, David Caton- Treasurer Committee,  Property owners present: Lance Clifton

Secretary Report: 

Reviewed June minutes- motion made by Aron, seconded by Karen. Vote 5-0 to approve.  

Treasurer Report:

Treasurer presented budget for 2026.  Budget was approved 5-0.  

ACC report:

German Shepards running loose at 123 Chaparral Dr; Dogs also reported loose at 118 Chaparral Dr 

Old Business:  Karen got a quote from Will Matay on removing the trees on the bridle path and he said that  this would be 10’s of thousands of dollars.  Board discussed and said that that is not  feasible. 

It was reported that 137 Chaparral Dr - Garage at is being used as a business and has higher than normal traffic. The board has investigated it findings are:  No signage  No abnormal traffic  No disturbance to neighbors  No violation to the CCR’s.
