I. Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Quorum established.

Present: Jim Mylius, VP1, Alanee Guerrero, Treasurer

II. Secretary’s report- Minutes from Dec 2nd were reviewed. Jim made a motion to correct a couple of words and Laney 2nd. Motion passed 2-0.

III. Treasurer’s Report:

December beginning balance $36,461.05, Deposits $2,540.41, Debits $6,214.54

Ending balance $32,786.92.

IV. A.C.C.’s report:

A. S. Palo Alto-rigs in the yard have been removed, notice of violation cancelled.

V. Old Business:

A. Chapa case – Case is settled. In Dec 2024, all 18 wheelers removed and will not return.

B. 160 Scenic Oak- Inspection made – no violations observed.

C. 4-H proof- letter mailed with fine of $100 was not paid and no proof has been provided.  2nd written notice mailed.

D. 2 unpaid dues remain. Lien documentation pending.

VI. New business:

A. Fire station on 775 needs is reserved for the AGM on Feb. 7

B. 2026 budget drafted and ready for submission at AGM.

Laney made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m., Jim 2nd, motion passed 2-0.
