Meeting called to order at 9:48 a.m. Quorum established

Oak Hill Community Church

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Art Morgan 1st Vice President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice

President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary.

Discussion of changes made to the budget. Karen made a motion to accept the new proposed 2020

budget. Charlie seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

Philip made a motion to adjourn meeting 9:55 a.m. Theresa seconded. Motion passed
