Meeting called to order at 10:09 a.m. Quorum was not established- 15 property owners, 6 proxies, total of 21. We need

a total of 26 to hold the meeting. We will be reconvened at a later date.

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Art Morgan, 1st Vice President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; -

Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary.
