Call to order at 11:00am. Quorum established.

Board Members present: Jim Mylius, Theresa Morehous, Anthony Archer, and Lisa Knight

Discussion with new board members on positions they would like to fulfill. It was decided that the

following people will fulfill the following positions on the board.

Anthony Archer-President

James Edward Mylius Jr will remain 1st Vice president

Vacant-2nd Vice President

Lisa Marie Knight-Treasurer

Theresa A. Morehous will remain secretary

Anthony Archer and Lisa Marie Knight will be added to RBFCU account #XXXXXXX and Theresa

Morehous will remain on the account.

James Edward Mylius Jr and Sheldon Shed will be removed from RBFCU account #XXXXXXX.

Everyone was in agreement.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:15.
