Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary, Arthur Morgan, property owner, Christine Morgan, property owner.

Secretary’s report:    
Minutes were read from November 19, 2018.  Motion was made to accept as read by Philip Vipond and seconded by Karen Turner.  Motion passed. 3-0

New Business:
Motion was made to accept Arthur Morgan as board member of the EECPOA by Karen Turner and seconded by Philip Vipond.  Motion passed 4-0 Art will be the new 1st V.P.  Ashley Chohlis resigned December 1, 2018 from her position on the board.

Treasurer’s report:
Checking account- beginning balance $39,665.66; deposits $510.00, debits $35,566.87,                  ending balance 12/16/18 $4608.79
Savings account- as of 12/16/18 $2,528.66
Edward Jones-12/14/18 $35,000.00

Motion made to accept report by Theresa Morehous and seconded by Charlie Johns.  Motion passed.
 
OLD BUSINESS:    
Bank Account- funds have been transferred from Wells Fargo checking into Edward Jones account.

Carvajal Law Firm unable to do the work we wanted.  Philip made a motion to meet with Donaho & Dockery Law Firm to draw up violation letter and liens on delinquent maintenance fees. Karen seconded, motion passed.

ACC:
Rig on 775- is back to parking on 775. A 30 day violation letter will hand delivered tomorrow, Dec 18, 2018, with a fine after 30days.  Charlie Johns made a motion to fine $300 if violation is not corrected in 30 days, seconded by Theresa Morehous, motion passed 5-0

Oak Hollow- property by the bridle path, ACC will contact a vendor to find and mark stake.

Next meeting will be Jan 14, 2019 at 6:00 at Theresa’s house
