EECPOA Board Meeting

August 4, 2026 

Meeting called to order 6:12pm 

Board members present: Karen Turner- President, Aron Sandquist- VP1, Lisa Knight- VP2,  David Caton- Treasurer, Chris Kind ACC  

Secretary Report:

No Secretary report because, secretary is absent and the HOA Email is down.

Treasurer Report:

Income: There was one sale that we collected fees on.  Expenses: Electric and mowing services for neighborhood entry signs.  2025 Taxes have been filed, there was no tax due. 

 ACC report:

Request for a fence on 302 South Palo alto was approved.

New Business:

HOA emails and website are down and have been hacked.  Suggestion was made to look  into a new hosting company.  We will look into getting this fixed.
