Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner,

Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary; Brian Morehous, homeowner.

Secretary’s report: Minutes were read from September 14, 2020. Motion was made to accept as

read by Philip Vipond and seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed 4-0

Treasurer’s report:

No report available. Checking account balance $15,883.49

OLD BUSINESS:

107 Chaparral-brush and dirt still on bridle trail from owners clearing property. ODV- June 2020.-is not

resolved as mentioned last month. Charlie will talk to homeowners.

Outstanding accounts, Philip is waiting for a return call from attorney. He will try and contact Mr. Bush

about his account.

Transfer of savings to Edward Jones will try to complete this month.

Philip will bring plans of subdivision to locate all bridle trails.

Street signs are pending.

New Business:

Street breakdown by mail boxes on Chaparral. Charlie will look into it.

Next meeting will be Nov 16th at 5:30 p.m.at Theresa’s house
