Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. Quorum established 231 S. Palo Alto Dr., Floresville, Texas 78114

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary.

Secretary’s report: Minutes were read from June 11, 2018. Motion was made to accept as read by Philip Vipond and seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s report:

Checking account- expenses $1146.20; deposits $271.84; ending balance July 15, 2018 $24,900.03 savings account- as of July 13, 2018 $12,527.32
Motion made to accept report by Theresa Morehous and seconded by Philip Vipond. Motion passed. 6 lots unpaid dues.

OLD BUSINESS:

Theresa and Karen met with Marty Zager about website. We will contact him as we get into changing the site. Philip talked with Edward Jones about our accounts. He can get 2.7% return. Philip made a motion for the board to authorize the president and treasurer to transfer approximately $15,000 from checking, $12,500 from saving and the balance on the CD’s from Wells Fargo to Edward Jones. Theresa Morehous seconded. Motion passed 4-0.

ACC: 182 Montesito RV status- claims no one is living in the RV owner stated he would move one RV out but would like to keep one on property.
Rig on 775- sheriff will stop and talk to owner when he sees it parked on 775; violation letter will be delivered this week.

No chickens on Chaparral as reported.
Bridle path on Oak Hollow- fence taken down, ACC will meet with owner and put sign back on pole.

3 request for improvements, for a fence and 2 sheds.

Palo Alto cul-de-sac “shack” on back of property.

New Business:
Law suit – Philip will meet with Donahoe on the 23rd.
Next meeting will be September 10th at 6:00 at Theresa’s house
