Called to order at 6:02pm. Quorum established.

Board Members present: Sheldon Shed – President, Shawn Wall, VP1, Theresa Morehous, Secretary.

Non-board members present: Charlie Johns, ACC Chair, Nillie Johns, property owner.

New Business:

•  Adam Paige resigned as Treasurer. Discussion on his replacement. Theresa made a motion to appoint Jim Mylius to fill the board vacancy expiring on Feb. 2025. Shawn Wall 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0.

• Discussion on the George case. Mr. George requested a hearing with the board on Aug 11th by e-mail. A date of August 31st at 6p.m. at Life Church of La Vernia, 7079 FM 775, La Vernia,  Texas78121. This is a closed meeting for board members and ACC Chair.

Motion was made by Sheldon Shed to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m. and 2nd by Shawn Wall. Motion

passed 3-0
