Secretary’s report:    
Minutes were read from January 14, 2018.  Motion was made to accept as read by Karen Turner and seconded by Charlie Johns.  Motion passed. 5-0

Treasurer’s report:
Beginning balance Jan 14, 2019 $44,493.70; deposits $4834.00, debits $287.76          
Checking balance: $11,511.22; Savings balance $2,528.79; Edward Jones: $35,000
Report balance: $49,040.01 as of Feb 18, 2019.

Motion made to accept report by Theresa Morehous and seconded by Art Morgan.  Motion passed 5-0
 
OLD BUSINESS:
The property stakes on Oak Hollow Bridle path have been located and sign has properly been placed.

Philip contacted Sylvia Rodrigues Law Firm and liens were placed on properties with delinquent dues.

ACC:
One request for a house.
Two complaints-lot #51 on Chaparral- 2 roaming dogs and 1 pot belly pig.  Property on Scenic Oak has an incomplete exterior shed, passed allowed time.  A violation letter will be sent to both owners.

New Business:
Art discussed survey results from AGM.  Top concerns were roaming /loose dogs, owners want chickens allowed, and safety in neighborhood. 
Discussion of Neighborhood watch signs being placed at all entrances to the subdivision.  Philip made a motion to purchase 14 signs (2 per entrance and 2 extra), 12 T-post and 24 clamps.  Art seconded.  Motion passed 5-0

Next meeting will be March 18th at 6 p.m.
