Meeting called to order at 5:39p.m. Quorum established

Board members present: Philip Vipond, President; Art Morgan, 1st Vice President; Charlie Johns, 2nd Vice President; Karen Turner, Treasurer; Theresa Morehous, Secretary; Rebecca Hopp, Welcoming Committee Chairman.
Secretary’s report: Minutes were read from November 16, 2020. Motion was made to accept as read by Art Morgan and seconded by Karen Turner. Motion passed 5-0
Beginning balance (11/16/20) $54,639.42 Deposits: $452.00 Debits: $3,875.89
checking balance: $12,535 Edwards Jones: $38,647.69 (dep $2,559.81)

Motion made to accept report by Art Morgan, seconded by Charlie Johns. Motion passed 5-0
Reports of firearms being discharged in the subdivision. One incident was on Chaparral and another on Oak Hollow. Charlie and Philip will talk to each resident and a $2,000 fine will be issued if it occurs again.
Improvement request submitted for a fence, an addition to a garage on Oak Hollow and new construction on Palo Verde.
Three welcoming packets delivered this month as well as 7 kudos and a yard of the month.
107 Chaparral-brush and dirt still on bridle trail from owners clearing property. ODV- June 2020. Charlie placed a notice of violation on the resident’s door and has not had any response.
Property on Sky Hawk – request for mother in laws house is resolved.
Signs for the ACC was not able to be purchased due to cost. Philip made a motion to increase the original proposal of $100 for signs to $201.35. Art Morgan, seconded. Motion passed 5-0
The two outstanding accounts have had a lien and foreclosure filed today for Bazan and Bush accounts.
Transfer of savings to Edward Jones has been completed.
Subdivision plans have been located and will look at bridle trails.
Street signs have been replaced.
Welcoming committee veteran list discussed and will look at a better way to locate all veterans in the subdivision.
Discussed budget proposal. Charlie made a motion to accept as presented and Karen seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
Rebecca will work on newsletter. We will e-mail to all residents and mail only to those that do not have one.
Form123 submission on website needs to be customized, currently it is not allowing it to be a PDF and fillable. Philip is working with webmaster for a resolution. Also, we will only pay for “.com” domain name with Bluehost and hosting with Wix.
114 Palo Verde ODV 3-11-2020, owner has stopped removing structure on easement. Charlie will talk with owner.
Next meeting will be January 25th at 5:30 p.m.
Philip made a motion to adjourn meeting 5:30 p.m. Theresa seconded. Motion passed 5-0
